Growing up is always a good sign and we are happy to say that our facilities had become to small for us. We develop more and more references and we need more stock that we need to locate in an orderly, accessible and safe way. And currently our warehouse is at the limit of its capacity. It is for this reason that we are moving to more spacious and more modern facilities that will allow us to continue growing with you and offer you a more effective service.
The new facilities consist of two large adjoining warehouses that offer a larger storage space to house both,-not only new references but also more stock of already available references.
On the other hand, logistical and technological improvements are being implemented in order to optimize distribution and work in the warehouse, reduce preparation times for each order and minimize possible errors as much as possible.
One of the most relevant improvements is the implementation of an RFID radio-frequency location system for all cabinglasses, which will allow us to define their location at all times and reduce the time invested in all operations, both in the process of reception and order management. This system is based on the use of smart tags or RFID tags that contain product information. The main advantage is that there is no need for a direct line of sight between the tag and the electronic reader, it is simply enough that the reader is close to the tag to be able to read the information it contains.
Our entire team is working hard to get the new facilities up and running as soon as possible. Our technicians have started to move material and we have already centralized the receptions in the new facilities.
