We like to treat our product with great care and affection and that is why we dedicate a lot of time and effort to preparing and improving our packaging.
We work with a delicate product and, on many occasions, of large dimensios, which grealy complicates its handling and storage.
For this reason, one of our maxims is to make sure that all the glasses that come throught our door are properly protectec and prepared to be sent.

OUR SECRET
The secret of our packaging is that they have a high level of customization. We take into account many aspects before preparing each package to make it as suitable as possible for each glass and each type of shipment. We offer different types of packaging depending on the characteristics of the glass and the destination to which it should be sent.
Once the glasses arrive at our warehouse, most of them undergo strict packaging before being stored. We cover all the edges with high-quality protective foam and then seal it with a high-strengh, micro-perforated, anti-scratch film. In this way, the glass is perfectly protected from shocks and dust, and we can see at all times what glass it is thanks to the film sealing.
For multiple shipments, international shipments or upon request we use other types of packaging.
CUSTOM MADE PACKAGING
The most common are wooden crates. They are large boxes, made to measure depending on the size and characteristics of the glass. This type of packaging allows the shipment os more than one glass in the same package. In addiction, it provides extra security when being transported and best solution for export.
We work constantly to adapt our packaging to the needs of each shipment. That is why we have recently developed a standard opening method for all crates. It consists of a screwed side cover that allows the piece to be easily extracted and allows the crate to be reused (simply by srewing the cover back on). In addition, the fact that it can be removed from the side greatly facilitates its handling and minimizes the chances of breakage when unpacking it.
All our packaging made of wood has the IPPC seal.

Wood packaging (both crates and pallets) with IPPC certification that certifies that the wood has been treated with a specific thermal procedure to prevent the spread of pests.
